13 Natural Remedies for Pimples

Every person, at some point or other, faces some things that any other person does, like hurting one’s knee or elbow, falling in love and getting dumped and getting giant pimples on the face in inconvenient moments such as one day before the prom, one day before the wedding day, on the day of an important job interview or just any other day when one is the center of attention.

Zits, also known as acne or pimples are skin swellings that usually appear on the face, but may sometimes occur on the neck, chest, shoulders, scalp and upper back.

This affection is mostly observed in adolescents when they are going through various hormonal changes. Overactive oil glands on the skin surface cause pimples. This excess oil blends with the dead skin cells and hinders the pores from “breathing”, thus causing pimples. Luckily, pimples can be treated at home by using some basic ingredients available in most households.
